Warranty

Every kiosk sold by iKS is warranted for a minimum of one year. The standard warranty includes return to depot repair/replacement as well as online and telephone technical support. In addition to our standard one year warranty, we also offer enhanced warranty packages.

• Three Year Extended
  This warranty extends our standard warranty from one year to three. All provisions of the warranty remain the same as the standard with the exception of term.


• One Year with Onsite Service
  By adding the onsite component to your standard warranty, you will greatly reduce potential downtime in the unlikely event your kiosk does experience an issue. All repair and replacement takes place on-site, generally within 24 hours.


• Three Year with Onsite Service
  This warranty options extends our one year onsite to a period of three years. All provisions of the warranty remain the same with the exception of term.
