Gift Card

Automating your gift card deployment through self-serve technology is a great way to not only reduce the workload on your sales personnel, but to also reduce line wait times for other customers. In stead of waiting in line to purchase a gift card, customers will be empowered to complete the transaction on their own at the kiosk. The self-serve gift card application offers great flexibility, giving it the ability to be tailored to accommodate any gift card initiative.

Flexibility:
Gift cards can be deployed me many ways, ranging from cards with pre-determined denominations to cards which can accommodate any amount the customer chooses.

Select your amount:
Customer will be presented with the available options for their gift card amount. If the system is utilizing pre-encoded cards with certain corresponding amounts, such as $20, $50 or $100 for example.

Paying for and charging the card:
Once the amount has been selected, the customer will be prompted to scan the gift card. After scanning the gift card, the customer will be presented with available payment options and once selected, payment can be remitted by swiping a credit card, for example. Upon completion of the transaction, a receipt will be printed for the customer’s record, it’s that simple.
